How to register a payment online << Back

  1. (a) On the Homepage of the URA Webportal (http://ura.go.ug), under e-Services, go to “You need to login to” menu, then under Register a Payment, Login if you have already created an account.

    (b) If you have not created an account yet, go to e-Services on the Left Menu, under e-Services, go to “You do need to login to” menu, and select Register a Payment.

  2. Enter all the required information and click “Accept and Register” to submit.
  3. An e-Payment registration receipt will be generated and a copy sent to your email address. Print the payment registration receipt on A4 size paper. This receipt contains a payment registration number which you will use for making payment at the bank, to validate your registration.

How to re-register a payment online

  1. On the URA homepage, go to e-Services on the Left Menu, under e-Services, go to “You do need to login to” menu, and select Re-register a Payment.
  2. Enter the payment registration receipt serial number and the payment registration number.
  3. Click the submit button
  4. Amend the bank name to the new bank that you desire to make the payment at, submit and then print the new payment registration slip.
